In criminal litigation cases, if your case is successfully defended, we can often recover a portion of your legal costs through a Defence Costs Order.
MOTORING CASES
For motoring cases, we offer competitive rates based on the complexity of the case:
- First Hearing (Straightforward Case): £400+ VAT
- Exceptional Hardship Hearing: £600 + VAT
LEGAL AID CLIENTS
