We endeavour to provide our privately funded clients with a transparent and straightforward fee structure offering both a reasonable and competitive fee rate

We are flexible in our approach and can construct a bespoke package that suits your individual requirements. This could be a fixed fee for instance.

In a criminal litigation case please be aware that if your case is successfully defended then in normal circumstances we can obtain a Solicitors Defence Costs Order which means that you will recover part of your costs.

Motoring cases

Straightforward case 1st hearing – £325 + VAT

Exceptional hardship hearing – £325 – £500 + VAT

These rates are for local courts and may change depending on the circumstances of the case.
